Hello, I made this glossary because I want to become a History teacher, and there are some complicated words related to this field, that is why I wanted to show you some of them.
academy

A place of study or training in a special field.
Example: Before long, in the sixteenth century, the age of the military ACADEMY, where soldiers (and above all officers) were to be trained, would arise.

The evaluation or estimation of the nature, quality, or ability of someone or something.

A task or piece of work assigned to someone as part of a job or course of study.
Example: Online students do have the advantage of using other online sources with ASSIGNMENTS or exams for that specific class.

Example: Geneva was still technically under the Holy ROMAN Empire where the Justinian code allowed burning for those who denied either infant baptism or the divinity of Christ.

A diagrammatic representation of an area of land or sea showing physical features, cities, roads, etc.
Example: Finally, the MAP representing "Italy in the sixteenth century" should be made to show the boundaries between states more clearly and to narrow its time - frame to a period when they remained exactly the same.
